Day 1: Arrival at Delhi

Arrival at Delhi where guest will be greeted by our representative and
then transferred to hotel for overnight halt. Free to explore on own.
O/n hotel

Day 2: Delhi - Rishikesh

After breakfast proceed for sight seeing of Delhi which includes Qutab
Minar, President House, Lotus Temple, Connaught Palace, Red Fort and
many more. After Lunch in City resturant hit the highways leading
towards Rishikesh through the Foothills of Himalayas. Arrival at
Rishikesh by evening and then Transfer to Ashram for overnight halt.
Free for own activities. O/n Ashram

Day 3: Rishikesh

Early morning with empty stomach ayurvedic consultation with Doctor
about Doshas, diet counsseling Herbal food supplement & maintenance of
life style & check the Physical and Mental status of the body & give the
Prescription of Ayurvedic treatments followed by Face massage along with
whole body Abhayanga. Steam  to face & whole body. Free for own
activities and explore surrounding. O/n Ashram.

Day 4 - 6: Rishikesh:

This duration of time will be followed by following treatment along with
evening yoga class in Ashram:Ayurvedic Massage fallowed by steam,
Nasyam{nasal drops treatment, Ubatana of the face, Gandoosh of the mouth
{oral cavity treatment}.O/n Ashram

Day 7 - 10: Rishikesh

This duration of time will be followed by following treatment along with
evening yoga class in Ashram: Netra tarpan with medicated ghrita{eye
treatment), Lepam on the face, Facial of the face.
Ahayanga with herbal oil, full body. O/n at Ashram

Day 11: Rishikesh - Delhi

After breakfast proceed on surface towards Delhi. Arrival at Delhi and
transfer to hotel for wash and change. And as per the sheduled flight
transfer to International Airport for onward journey to home town.
